BEETHOVEN APPASSIONATA – Piano Series
Karen Hakobyan performs a recital as part of Beethoven’s 250th celebration. Program will include Corigliano’s fascinating Fantasia on an Ostinato (inspired by Beethoven’s 7thSymphony), Beethoven’s “Appassionata” Sonata No. 23, Mendelssohn’s Variations Sérieuses, Op. 54 and Liszt’s Two Concert Etudes “Waldesrauschen” and “Gnomenreigen”.
