Join us for the premiere of Film Diary NYC’s Studio Visit.
Step inside the studios of the Monira Foundation’s artists in residence. Learn about their unique processes during these short, intimate conversations with incredible artists as they talk about their ideas and give you special access to the details of their work. FILM DIARY NYC programs experimental, autobiographical films that capture the personal history and daily experiences of the filmmaker. Through an annual festival and ongoing special events, we provide a platform for the most heartfelt but overlooked cinema: diary films, home movies, and personal documentaries. Film Diary NYC was in residence as Jonas Mekas Fellows at the Monira Foundation in 2024.
