Practical and Affordable Printmaking Methods: A Guide for Art Educators

April 1 @ 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm EDT
Free

We’re pleased to share a series of free, hands-on printmaking workshops for K–12 art educators to be held at the Monira Foundation in Spring 2026.

Practical and Affordable Printmaking Methods: A Guide for Art Educators: https://www.teachprint.com/about

Led by printmaker and educator Mizin Shin, these workshops focus on accessible, classroom-ready printmaking techniques that do not require a dedicated print studio or expensive equipment. Participants will learn adapted methods using recycled and everyday materials—such as using a pasta maker as a printing press—that can be easily translated to school settings.

Class three: Collagraphy
Each class is 2.5 hours

• 2 hours hands-on
