JAB

May 2 - May 3

Join us for the fourth annual Jersey Art Book Fair, May 1–3, 2026, hosted at Mana Contemporary, with support from Monira Foundation and Jersey City’s Office of Cultural Affairs.

Over 145 artists, designers, small presses and independent publishers will showcase books, zines, graphic novels, posters, chapbooks and other printed matter for sale across Mana’s galleries and courtyard.

JAB Fair weekend opens Friday, May 1 with JAB Fair Eve — a gathering for established and aspiring makers of printed matter — and continues Saturday and Sunday, 11am–7pm, with activities all day and a courtyard Block Party. COMMON HOUR is 2:30 to 3:30pm each day, closing exhibitor spaces so everyone can recharge. The vibe for Saturday’s After Hours Party is set by Larissa Belcic of Nocturnal Medicine. New this year is In Care of Unfinished Places, a place-based series beginning mid-April, featuring walks, workshops and performances by Alex Wolfe, Feminist Bird Club, SPURSE, Rujuta Rao, Sue Huang, Amanda Thackray and Jin Jung, and others.
